Returns and Claims Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 14 days and receive a refund to your original payment method.

Returning Non-Defective Items
- Notify us within 14 days if you wish to return your order.
- Send the items to the address below with your delivery note or a brief note inside the package.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the sender, but we will refund them along with the purchase price. Express delivery will be refunded at the standard rate only.
- Customized or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear) can only be returned if faulty.
Returning Defective Items
- Contact us with proof of the defect. We will arrange free collection.
- Warranty: 6 months for UK, 12 months for EU, 2 years for watches.
- If you return defective items yourself, include a proof of return; costs will be refunded.
